1. Scope of Research Sourcing Logs
We collect information strictly necessary to process custom peptide formulations, standard orders, and institutional cold-chain logistics. This includes principal investigator names, designated institutional email addresses, delivery parameters, and billing transaction markers.
2. No Commercial Monetisation
Reta Supplier UK does not sell, lease, or distribute laboratory customer lists, research inquiries, or order details to any marketing networks, pharmaceutical groups, or advertising agencies. All communications are strictly restricted to supply-chain management.
3. Ledger & Transaction Anonymity
For payments facilitated via blockchain ledgers or secure local bank transfers, transaction data is stored independently of the personal identifiers in our secure clinical directory. No medical records or personal identifiers are linked with commercial financial ledgers.
4. Data Retention and Erasure
Upon formal request from a principal investigator or institutional buyer, all communication logs and purchase records can be permanently deleted from our primary servers. Erasure tickets are processed in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act (DPA 2018) and GDPR framework.
